- Small Items (up to 30 kg) are delivered via DPD and will be delivered to you within 2-3 working days where possible.
- Large Appliances to Donegal are delivered via our own delivery fleet and will be delivered to you within 5-7 working days where possible. For deliveries to the rest of Ireland, our logistics partner will deliver within 7-10 working days. Please note: Rural addresses may take longer. You will receive a phone call or text message from the delivery driver with an estimated delivery time.

Ensure the appliance is installed on a flat, stable surface with sufficient ventilation. Keep the back of the unit free from dust and away from direct heat sources. Do not overload shelves or block air vents. Use the control panel as per manufacturer guidelines and allow the appliance to settle for several hours before switching on after delivery.
