Hoods

Q: Frequently asked questions about Hoods

1. What does a kitchen hood actually do? A kitchen hood helps remove steam, smoke, grease, and cooking smells from the air while you cook. 2. What's the difference between extraction and recirculation? Extraction hoods remove air completely by venting it outside. Recirculation hoods filter air and release it back into the room. 3. How often should I clean the filters? Metal grease filters should be cleaned every few weeks, depending on how often you cook. Many can go in the dishwasher. Carbon filters (recirculation hood) should be replaced every few months.

Q: How long does it take to process a refund?

Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 working days after we receive your returned item. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
