The 4.8L stainless steel bowl can process up to 1 kg of all-purpose flour, 1 L of whipped cream, 1.5 kg of mashed potatoes or 108 cookies*. An additional 3L bowl makes it easier to prepare multiple ingredients without having to wash the bowl between stages. Stainless steel accessories include a whisk for incorporating air into eggs and cream, a flat beater for heavier ingredients and a dough hook for yeast-based doughs such as bread or pasta. The bowls and accessories are dishwasher safe, while the mixer body can be wiped clean. The multipurpose attachment hub also allows optional accessories, sold separately, to expand the mixer's capabilities with options such as pasta cutters, meat grinders, vegetable sheet cutters and grain mills.
