Q: Frequently asked questions about TVs

1. What size TV is best for my room? The size of the TV depends on how far away you'll be sitting and the size of the room. For a smaller room, 32-43 inches may be ideal. For a larger space, 55-75 inches provides a more immersive experience. A good rule of thumb is that the viewing distance should be about 1.5 to 2.5 times the size of the TV. 2. What's the difference between 4K, OLED, and LED TVs? 4K refers to ultra-high-definition resolution (3840x2161 pixels), offering four times the clarity of Full HD. OLED TVs use organic light-emitting diodes for deeper blacks and better contrast. LED TVs are a type of LCD screen that uses LED backlighting, offering great picture quality and energy efficiency. 3. Do you offer smart Tvs with built in streaming services? Yes, we have a wide range of smart TVs with built-in streaming platforms like Netflix, Youtube and Amazon Prime. 4. How long should a TV last? A good TV typically lasts between 7 to 10 years, depending on usage and care. With regular maintenance and proper settings, many modern TVs can last even longer.

Q: How long does it take to process a refund?

Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 working days after we receive your returned item. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
