At Callaghans Electrical, we strive to offer best in class delivery to our customers. We will deliver large appliances to any address within the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland, and small appliances to any address within the Republic of Ireland and Mainland UK.

We don’t currently offer large appliance delivery to mainland UK, but we can arrange for this at an extra cost to the customer. Contact us for details on this before ordering large appliances for mainland UK.

• Small Items are delivered via DPD Ireland and will be delivered to you within 1-3 working days where possible.
• Large Appliances within Co. Donegal, Derry City and Strabane are delivered by one of our own vans and we strive to get all areas twice a week to cut down on your wait time. Addresses outside Co. Donegal, Derry City and Strabane are delivered via Caulfields Transport Ltd. and will be delivered to you within 3-5 working days where possible. Please note: Rural addresses may take longer. You will receive a phone call or text message from Caulfields Transport Ltd. with an estimated delivery time.
• Special Orders may take longer to deliver. Please see individual product delivery information for more details. We will contact you should one of the items you’ve chosen be special order.

Callaghans Electrical offer nationwide delivery for all large and small appliances. Delivery charges are as follows:

Local Delivery (Donegal, Derry, Strabane):

Nationwide Delivery (Rest of Rep Of Ireland):

Delivery charges are also dependent on how many items you purchase. Multiple purchases of small items in one order may require an extra charge for delivery. We’ll be in contact if this is the case.

Prices shown above are the maximum cost paid per order. What this means is that if you were to purchase an item classed as Pallet Delivery (ie. Range Cooker), and more items classed as Large Appliances (ie. Washing Machines, Dishwashers), you will only pay the highest rate, in this case €69.95, per order.

You may be asked to pay extra only if some small items are purchased as well. This is because they will go with a different courier, and only to ensure the safety of the smaller items instead of sending with a haulage firm and risk damage.

Items classed as Small Items can be shipped as one package for €4.95.

Items classed as Medium Appliances, when purchased in multiples, may require more than one delivery charge as they may exceed size and weight limits when purchased in multiples.

We can! However, we can only offer installation services in Co. Donegal, Derry City, and Strabane for most of our major appliances. Our team of experienced installers are fully insured and certified to provide this service. 

We also offer a service where we can install, wall mount, and tune your new TV.

We don’t install or set up smaller appliances like vacuum cleaners, freestanding microwaves, etc.
