The Colombian component is sourced from Cauca, where Castillo and Caturra varieties are grown by various smallholder farmers at 1700 metres above sea level using a washed process. The Brazilian element comes from Minas Gerais, featuring naturally processed beans grown at 1200 metres above sea level for a rich and balanced character.
